If you are willing to pay for targeted traffic then Google Adword is probably the best solutions out there today.
You will recieve live quality leads that click on your ad and will then be taken to you website.

The downside is that the Google Adword wich is a CCP (cost per click) is getting very expensive. You can set a limits for how much you want to pay for each click,
but large companys are willing to pay much more and that leads to that their ads will get a better positioned

The way to get free quality traffic is to start a website or a blog. If you have good content it will only take days before your website is listed on google.

Just by filling your website with “home business” a 100 times will not get your website ranked higher. You need to publish good content and update it often.
The more you update and the better your content is the more people will visit your website. That itself will lead to higher ranking on the top searchengines.

Another thing that searchengines are looking at and especially Google is backlinks. The more websites that are linking to your website the higher your ranking will be.
Nowdays you can buy backlinks, but i’m not sure how well thats works. All i know is that you will get a slap on your hand from Google if they find out about it. And that is never good.

I would also suggest that you use some king of SEO tool to monitor your website. These tools will help you design your website for best results.
How the title and description should be written. How the pictures are linked etc. Everything matters when it comes to searchengine ranking.
